Questions, answered
Is the job application tracker free?
Yes. Paste an ad and add your CV to see the job on a board without an account, then sign up at your first change, like moving it or setting a follow-up.
How do I add a job?
Paste the job ad's text, or a link from most company careers pages, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workable; LinkedIn and Indeed need the text. Any job you tailor a CV or cover letter for is added on its own.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Your jobs show as a list you can filter by stage, and you can move them, add notes and set follow-ups from your phone.
How do follow-up reminders work?
Pick a date on a job and we email you at 9:00 your time that day. Moving the job to Offer or Closed cancels the reminder.
I already use JobSprout. Are my jobs on the board?
Yes. Every job you tailored a CV or cover letter for is already there, in Saved.
Is there a job application tracker spreadsheet I can download?
Yes, free and with no sign-up, for Excel or Google Sheets. It has a stage dropdown and columns for the CV you sent and your contact there.
Does it apply to jobs for me?
No. You apply on the employer's site, then move the job to Applied.
