These Terms govern your access to and use of https://www.jobsprout.ai/ operated by David Culemann, trading as JobSprout (a sole trader registered in England). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We (and our licensors) own the Website and its content. You retain ownership of content you upload and create. You grant JobSprout a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the services. You are responsible for ensuring you have necessary rights to upload content.
We offer recurring plans (weekly, monthly, every three months, yearly), one‑time credit top‑ups, and a lifetime plan. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in your account; after cancellation you keep Pro until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to the free plan: documents beyond the free limit become read‑only, downloads use the free designs, and subscription credits drop to the free allowance. Everything you created stays in your account. A refund under our guarantee ends the plan at once.
Credits enable use of certain features and are not currency. Credits are non‑transferable and may not be sold. Subscription credits are available while a plan is active and reduce to the free allowance when it ends or pauses. Purchased credit packs do not expire. Free signup credits are granted at our discretion.
The lifetime plan grants ongoing access to the specified features for the life of the product, subject to reasonable use and our continued offer of the service. We may evolve features over time. A lifetime plan refunded under the guarantee ends immediately.
If your first plan with us (whether or not a discount code brought it to zero) is monthly, three‑month, yearly or lifetime, it is covered by our 14‑day money‑back guarantee: request a refund from the Billing page within 14 days of that first payment, once per customer, and we refund it in full and end the plan at once. Weekly plans and credit top‑ups start immediately. Outside the UK and EU they are not refundable once delivery starts; UK and EU customers keep their 14‑day cancellation right, refunded pro rata for time used. A weekly plan bought first is not covered by the guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices are shown in your local currency where we offer one, otherwise in USD, and may change with notice. Taxes (including VAT) may apply based on your location. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for due amounts.
If your first plan with us (whether or not a discount code brought it to zero) is monthly, three‑month, yearly or lifetime, you can have it refunded in full within 14 days from the Billing page, once per customer; the refund ends the plan at once. Other than that, and except where required by law, fees are non‑refundable once a billing period has started and credit purchases are non‑refundable once delivery starts. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobSprout will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the services. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or misuse. You may delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting on the Website or via email.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first using the support link in your account menu or by emailing david@jobsprout.ai. We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.
We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures. However, if we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be able to use an ADR scheme or take action through the courts.
