Is this the official Europass editor?
No. JobSprout is an independent builder that produces the standard Europass format, with no affiliation with the European Union.
When is a Europass CV required?
EU institutions, Erasmus+ programmes and many public-sector applications ask for it. Private employers rarely do, and a tailored modern CV usually reads stronger there.
Does it include the CEFR language grid?
Yes. Set a level per skill, listening through writing, and the grid renders as the standard defines it.
Do I have to include a photo and date of birth?
No. Both are optional. Leave either out and the layout simply closes up around it.
